PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a situation in which video data of high importance is stored in low quality and video data of low importance is stored in high quality.SOLUTION: A video data management device 300 includes an input unit 323, an acquisition unit 324, an output unit 325, and a deletion unit 326. The input unit 323 receives the input of period information 140 for specifying a period, from a user terminal 400. The acquisition unit 324 obtains a frame 120 for the period specified by the period information 140, from a recording medium 311 that records video data 110 composed of time-series frames 120. The output unit 325 outputs the frames 120 obtained by the acquisition unit 324, to the user terminal 400. The deletion unit 326 deletes part of the frames 120 output by the output unit 325 from the recording medium 311, to perform thinning-out processing 330 of the frames 120 recorded in the recording medium 311.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
