PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve making a deslagging treatment in a converter molten pig preliminary treatment more efficient than conventional ones and enhance productivity without cost increase.SOLUTION: There is provided a process for operating converter for conducting a dephosphorizing treatment, a decarbonization treatment and a deslagging treatment on molten pig in a same converter, where the deslagging treatment is conducted by using two deslagging ladles connected integrally and free to move on a same rail, a decarbonized slag produced in the decarbonization treatment is accommodated in a first deslagging ladle and the dephosphorized slag produced in the dephosphorizing treatment is accommodated in a second deslagging ladle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
