Provided are a vehicle which prevents accidents by analyzing an event generated while driving, a server, and a vehicle monitoring system having the same. The vehicle, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an image acquiring part which acquires the surrounding images of the vehicle; a driving information acquiring part which acquires the driving information of the vehicle; a communications part which transmits the information acquired from the image acquiring part and the driving information acquiring part to the server and receives the information with respect to an event related to the vehicle driving transmitted from the server; and a control part which informs a driver of a driving environment change, which can be generated by the event, on the basis of the information with respect to the event received from the communications part.
