PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of effectively displaying an impressive stereographic two-dimensional image in realtime above the device in association with an information input body placed in the periphery of an image forming optical element on an upper surface of a housing.SOLUTION: A display device causes recognition means (sensor S) to read identification information (IC tag T), including shape information, of an information input body (three dimensional display object C) having a three dimensional shape and placed in the periphery of an imaging optical element (micro-mirror array M) located on an upper surface of a housing; causes the recognition means to send the identification information to control means of a display D to cause the display D, which is mounted such that a display surface Da is tilted by a predetermined angle α with respect to the imaging optical element, to present an optimally positioned image (image I) corresponding to the information input body; and displays a projection of the image in a space above the housing through the imaging optical element in the form of a spatial image I' associated with the information input body. |
