The present invention provides a dielectric ceramic composition including a first main composition particle represented as a composition formula of (Ba_1-x-y, Ca_x, A1_y)_m (Ti_1-z-a, Zr_z, B1_a) O_3 (x0, z0, x+y1, z+a1) and a second main composition particle represented as a composition formula of (Ba_1-, A2_)_n (Ti_1-, B2_) O_3 (1, 1). An average diameter of the first main composition particle is 3 to 10 m, and an average diameter of the second main composition particle is 0.1 to 3 m. Also, zinc oxide is segregated. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dielectric ceramic composition having high dielectric constant and alternating current breakdown voltage, low dielectric loss, and excellent temperature properties and sinterability. |
