PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work vehicle capable of traveling with low fuel consumption while a load is light and preventing engine failure while the load is heavy and thereby improving operating efficiency.SOLUTION: A work vehicle comprises: engine rotation speed detection means; engine rotation speed setting means; a variable engine rotation speed actuator; vehicle speed detection means; a continuously variable transmission; a variable speed actuator which shifts the continuously variable transmission; load detection means; and a control device which controls an engine rotation speed and a vehicle speed. The work vehicle controls the variable engine rotation speed actuator and the variable speed actuator in a manner that reduces the engine rotation speed while maintaining a constant vehicle speed when an engine load is smaller than a set light load value. |
