The present invention relates to a locking module of an automatic wire winding apparatus which improves a wire locking release structure to improve performance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic wire winding apparatus includes: a first case having coupling protrusions formed thereon; a rotating piece which is fitted to the coupling protrusion of the first case to be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise; a button member which is coupled to the rotating piece and is slid in a first direction in accordance with a button operation to rotate the rotating piece; a stopper member which is coupled to the rotating piece and able to be slid in a second direction in accordance with the rotation of the rotating piece; an elastic spring which presses and recovers one of the button member and the stopper member in an opposite direction; and a second case which is coupled to the first case and forms a component storage space therein. According to the present invention, the present invention enables free designs regarding the operation distance by using couplings of stoppers and buttons, cams, pinions, and combinations thereof. The present invention can also suppress malfunctions by preventing deviation as well as minimizing sound and motion of the buttons when wires are drawn out. The present invention enables different release and button strokes by differing pinion shapes and enables a slim button structure.
