PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method etc. capable of easily designing optimal blending of cement improved soil.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition designing method for designing of composition of a cement improved soil based on the characteristic values of a target soil calculated based on the content of the ratio of water contained on the target soil, bitumen, humic acid, fulvic acid, allophane and amorphous phase excluding allophane in the target soil and a target strength of a cement improved soil by calculating blending amount of alite, gypsum and blast furnace slag; a manufacturing method for manufacturing a cement-based solidification material by blending at least cement clinker and gypsum based on the blend amount of the alite, the gypsum and the blast furnace slag obtained by the composition designing method of the cement improved soil; and a cement-based solidification material manufactured by using the manufacturing method of the solidification material. |
