The present invention relates to a laver bugak type laver stick. Emerging from a conventional manufacturing method of laver bugak by frying in oil, a laver baking device is used to prepare the laver bugak type laver stick through controlling the speed of baking bugak using a proper temperature and characteristics of the laver baking device. Thus, the laver stick has enhanced texture and increased expiration date. Also, nuts are sprinkled on the laver sticks, thereby enhancing the nutrition of the laver sticks. |
