PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel pharmaceutical composition containing a salicylic acid ester derivative as an active constituent, which is excellent in the stability with time of the salicylic acid ester derivative and a formulation.SOLUTION: The gel pharmaceutical composition contains the salicylic acid ester derivative, a carboxyvinyl polymer, a cellulosic water-soluble polymer compound, a lower alcohol, and water, wherein the ratio of lower alcohol to 1 pt.wt of water is 0.5 pt.wt or less and pH is adjusted to be within the range of 4-6. |
