PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermenter capable of maintaining fermentation environment easily over a long time, even if it is small.SOLUTION: A fermenter comprises: a case 2 for storing a material to be fermented; a heater 70 for acting as a heat source in the case 2; a water storage part 3 heated by the heater 70 for keeping the moisture in the internal space of the case 2 at a predetermined value; and a dew condensation water flowing part for flowing the dew condensation water of said steam to be produced on the inner side of the wall face of the case 2, to flow the dew condensation water toward the water storage part 3. |
