PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system and an image display device that can reduce crosstalk while suppressing observation of an image in a dark state.SOLUTION: An image display system 1A comprises an image display device ( projector 2A) and shutter eyeglasses 9 for observing an image displayed by the image display device. The image display device comprises a liquid crystal panel 32A that is driven by a line-sequential driving system and alternately forms a first image and a second image. In the liquid crystal panel 32A, response time of a pixel of a writing start line side is longer than response time of a pixel of a writing end line side. The shutter eyeglasses 9 comprise at least any of a first image selection section (left-eye selection section 93L) that transmits the first image therethrough and blocks the second image and a second image selection section (right-eye selection section 93R) that transmits the second image therethrough and blocks the first image. |
