PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural member which can save weight and also suppress increase in cost; a manufacturing method of the structural member; and a reinforcing method of the structural member.SOLUTION: The structural member comprises: a base material 11 made of steel; a first reinforcing layer 13 formed of a prepreg of a carbon fiber, in which a bundle of carbon fibers that line in a predetermined direction is arrayed; and a galvanic corrosion preventive layer 12 which is provided between the first reinforcing layer 13 and the base material 11, and formed of a prepreg of a glass fiber. |
