System for allowing users to block their own access to gaming and/or gambling services e.g. in order to prevent the relevant user from getting addicted to gaming or gambling, the system being arranged to record such user in a non-public blacklist, and to provide access to that blacklist to gaming and/or gambling providers in order to check if a user, logging in to such provider, is on the blacklist. When a user is found in the blacklist, the usage of the services of the gaming and/or gambling provider may be blocked or restricted, e.g. to a limited amount of money spent or lost during a game or gambling session. The system may be approached by a user directly or indirectly, via a gaming and/or gambling provider, in order to record the user into the blacklist and/or to modify such record. |
