The present invention relates to a method and a system for controlling an interior heating panel automatically, which turns off power of a heating panel of a section of which temperature and humidity reach a predetermined level among heating panels installed in a plurality of sections indoors respectively such as an apartment building, a house, and a dryer and after maintaining latent heat for a predetermined time, turns on the power of the heating panel of the section when a temperature and humidity of the section goes down to a predetermined level so as to minimize power consumption of the heating panel in the section and to heat the sections installed with plurality of heating panels respectively with low power, thereby maximizing power-saving effect. |
