Provided are a method and a device for measuring quality of a telephone call. The device for measuring quality of a telephone call comprises: a shielding unit which shields inflow of external wireless signals; and a control unit which measures wireless speed of a terminal and call quality using a wireless channel set in the shielding unit, creates at least one from the maximum wireless speed and a call quality reference value based on the measured wireless speed and call quality, creates a communicating source of interference using at least one adjacent wireless channel adjacent to a wireless channel, generates traffic in the adjacent wireless channel, and re-measures at least one from call quality and a wireless speed of a terminal according to the traffic.
