OPERATION METHOD OF CULTURE DEVICE

The present invention relates to a method for operating a culturing device. The method comprises the steps of: filling water of 1/4-1/2 of the total amount of a culture medium in a culturing tank of the culturing device, and dissolving nutritious components; heating and sterilizing a part of the culture medium in which the nutritious components are dissolved at a first high temperature; and cooling the total culture medium at a second low temperature which is lower than the first temperature by sterilizing water remaining excluding the part of the total culture medium by ultraviolet rays and by feeding the sterilized water to the culturing tank. The culturing tank comprises: the culturing tank having a starter feeding port formed therein, and agitating a culture medium mixed with water and nutritious components; a water supply unit for sterilizing and supplying water into the culturing tank; and a control unit for controlling the sterilization of the water supply unit. The water supply unit comprises: a body connection pipe connected with the culturing tank; a water supply pipe provided with water from the outside; and a sterilization body disposed between the body connection pipe and the water supply pipe, and having an ultraviolet lamp disposed therein to sterilize the water. According to the present invention, energy and time can be remarkably saved.
