PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous baking furnace capable of saving energy and reducing the environmental load by recovering energy generated in the furnace to be reused in the same furnace, and capable of reducing the running cost when baking a baked product.SOLUTION: A continuous baking furnace for conveying and heating a baked product 3 to be baked has a first heating zone A for subjecting the baked product 3 to de-binder treatment, a second heating zone B for heating the baked product 3 after the de-binder treatment to a temperature just before a baking temperature, a third heating zone C for heating and controlling the baked product to the baking temperature, and a cooling zone D for cooling the baked product 3 baked. The first heating zone is heated by gas combustion, the second heating zone is heated by an electric heater 7 generating heat by electrical power obtained with the usage of exhaust gas generated from gas combustion in the first heating zone, and the third heating zone is heated by an electric heater 8 generating heat by electric power obtained from an external supply power source. |
