The present invention relates to a physical memory managing method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a virtualization apparatus includes: a physical memory; and a hypervisor managing the physical memory and providing a physical memory-related function to a plurality of virtual machines that intend to use the physical memory. The hypervisor assigns or collects the physical memory in response to a physical memory-related function call from the virtual machines.
