PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate redundant circuits, thereby suppressing an increase in the number of circuits in a semiconductor integrated circuit.SOLUTION: A register block of a semiconductor integrated circuit includes: one subtracter; one adder; a plurality of storage elements that store data; a selection circuit that selects a specific one of the plurality of storage elements; and a switching circuit that in writing the data to the plurality of storage elements, switches whether to write the data with 1 subtracted from the data or to write it as-is. |
