According to the present invention, a device to automatically insert a spacer for a ground heat exchanger includes: a frame module (10); a pipe guide roller (20) combined with the frame module (10) to be able to rotate; a buffer roller (40) combined with the bottom of the frame module (10) to be able to rotate in a lower direction of the pipe guide roller (20); a spacer installation module (50) hitting a spacer (3) to combine the spacer with a fluid circulating pipe supplied through the pipe guide roller (20); and a spacer transfer module (60) transferring the spacer (3) to a front space of the spacer installation module (50). The spacer installation module (50) includes: a pressurizing plate (51) sliding on the frame module (10); and an installation rod (53) connected with a side of the pressurizing plate (51). With repetitive translation motions of the installation rod (53), the pressurizing plate (51) is moved towards or away from the fluid circulating pipe.
