摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress estimation method, a stress estimation system and a stress estimation program on an evaluation portion, in which an elbow is a target.SOLUTION: A stress estimation method for an elbow 1 which is formed by welding an end of a base material 10 which is processed and bent into a semi-cylindrical shape in a longitudinal direction, in a longitudinal direction and which transits fluid, is configured to: specify a cross section of each elbow 1 on an evaluation portion of the elbow, with respect to the plural elbows 1; calculate oblateness of the evaluation portion based on the cross section, from difference between outer diameter including a welding part 30 of the elbow 1 and outer diameter orthogonal to the outer diameter; calculate local oblateness of the evaluation portion of the elbow 1 based on the cross section, from an absolute value of difference of angles formed of a welding part orthogonal line orthogonal to a peripheral direction on a center of the welding part 30 on the elbow 1, and two lines passing two adjacent measuring points on the outer periphery of the elbow 1 and relative to the welding part orthogonal line in the peripheral direction; and calculate a stress estimation value acting on the evaluation portion, based on the oblateness and local oblateness.
