Disclosed is a guide apparatus for high tibial osteotomy. The disclosed guide apparatus for high tibial osteotomy comprises: a bone fracture hole unit in which a bone fracture unit for cutting the tibia is inserted; a base member having one side adjacent to the tibia, formed with a fixing hole unit in which a fixing unit fixated on the tibia is inserted; and a bone fracture guide member protruded and formed on the other side of the base member, and communicated with the bone fracture hole unit for guiding the movement of the bone fracture unit to the predetermined direction of the bone fracture of the tibia. |
