Provided is a flexible printed circuit board assembly for an LED lamp which can improve heat radiation properties of heat emitted from an installed LED, and can easily maintain a shape with a predetermined pattern. The flexible printed circuit board assembly for an LED lamp of the present invention comprises: a resin layer on a strip; a conductive signal line layer formed with a predetermined pattern installed on an upper part of the resin layer; and a heat radiating layer installed on a lower part of the resin layer, and emitting heat generated from an LED light emitting diode which is relatively thicker than the conductive signal line, and is installed in the signal line layer. The signal line layer and the heat radiating layer are composed of one material among copper, aluminum or copper alloy, and aluminum alloy.
