PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil-sealed dust core low in loss.SOLUTION: A coil sealed-dust core C comprises: a powder compact body obtained by mixing a binder and soft magnetic metal powder containing Fe as a primary component; a coil embedded in the powder compact body; and a lead wire and a terminal provided outside the powder compact body. The Fe content in the soft magnetic metal powder is 98 mass% or more, and the B content in metal particle of the soft magnetic metal powder is 10-150 ppm. The coil-sealed dust core has an internal structure where boron nitride is mixed in the binder within the powder compact body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
