PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processing device and an image formation device equipped with the sheet processing device, capable of space saving at the upper part of a boring blade and surely recovering boring dust.SOLUTION: A sheet processing device includes a boring device 40 which performs a boring process on a sheet that is transported by using a boring blade 47. The boring device 40 includes a lifting mechanism 50 for lifting the boring blade 47 from below a transportation route of sheet P, and it also includes a boring means 45 that is provided so as to raise the boring blade 47 by the lifting mechanism 50 for boring the sheet P, a boring dust discharge path 65 which is provided to communicate with a recovery container 70 that houses boring dust W generated in boring process above the transportation route of the sheet P, for recovering the boring dust W, and a boring dust transfer means 75 for transferring the boring dust W that is housed in the boring dust discharge path 65 to the recovery container 70. |
