PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent heat from recording media placed on a paper ejection tray from being transferred to a part below the paper ejection tray irrespective of the size of the recording media to efficiently cool a space below the paper ejection tray, and suppress the temperature rise of a toner container arranged below the paper ejection tray.SOLUTION: A copier 1 according to the present invention includes a paper ejection tray 4 on which paper ejected from a paper ejection port 24 after image forming processing is placed, and a duct part 6 that is provided in a part below the paper ejection tray 4. The paper ejection tray 4 includes a plurality of vent holes 32 that communicate the duct part 6 and the outside air on the paper placement surface side, and lid parts 33 that are provided in an openable and closable manner with the paper ejection port 24 side of the plurality of vent holes 32 as the fulcrum, urged in the opening direction, and pushed down in the closing direction by the weight of the paper placed on the paper ejection tray 4. |
