PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic giving no stickiness to hair, allowing soft and moist finish-feeling, and imparting good finger-passing and softness in rinsing so resulting in expectation of the finish.SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic contains: (A) a fatty acid amine having a hydroxyethyl group and a hydroxypropyl group, (B) an alkyl type cation, (C) a higher alcohol having a long-chain alkyl group with a carbon number of 14-24, (D) at least one kind of silicone derivative selected from aminoethyl aminopropyl methicon/dimethicone copolymer, aminopropyl dimethicone, high polymerization aminopropyl dimethicone, amodimethicone, and amino polyether silicon; and (E) at least one kind of non-volatile and unmodified silicone selected from methyl polysiloxane and high polymerization methyl polysiloxane. |
