PURPOSE:To obtain the subject apparatus capable of finishing beautiful unwashed rice excellent in taste by installing an alcohol rice washing machine, equipped with a stirring and grain feeding rotor in an inner cylinder and feeding an alcohol in a step subsequent to a humidifying rice milling machine for adding water to milled rice in a rice milling chamber. CONSTITUTION:A stirring and grain feeding rotor 49 is rotatably and internally installed in an inner cylinder 36 communicating with a rice feeding passage 38 and a rice discharging passage 39. An alcohol rice washing machine for feeding an alcohol (an aqueous solution) from a feed pipe 40 is then provided in a step subsequent to a humidifying rice milling machine. Thereby, most of fats are removed.
