PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a job hunting support system for enabling job seekers, such as students, to make appropriate choices of a company with reference to their own abilities or the like.SOLUTION: An employment support server is provided with: a database for storing job seeker IDs identifying respective job seekers in association with index values showing indices as human resources of the job seekers; means for receiving unofficial job offer information including information that identifies a company unofficially offering a job together with the job seeker ID from a job seeker terminal of the job seeker who has been unofficially offered a job, and storing the received job seeker ID in association with the company unofficially offering the job in the database; means which receiving a browsing request of correlation information between a specific company and an index value of an unofficially decided personnel from any of job seeker terminals, extracting the job seeker ID associated with the specific company as a company unofficially offering the job, and acquiring an index value associated with the same; and means for transmitting to the job seeker terminal a combination of the specific company with the acquired index value as correlation information. |
