Provided is an adhesive sheet that has upon a peel-off material (R1) a resin layer that includes a resin portion (X) and a particle portion (Y), and has a substrate or a peel-off material (R2). At least a surface (1) of the resin layer that is on the side provided with the peel-off material (R1) has adhesive properties. The elastic modulus of the resin portion (X) of the surface (1) at 23℃ is within a prescribed range. When the peel-off material (R1) is removed, the exposed surface (1) of the resin layer has a maximum height difference of 100 nm or more within an arbitrarily selected designated region, 95% or more of which has appearing thereon a plurality of recessed parts (Z1) that have different shapes from one another. A surface (2) of the resin layer that is on the side provided with the substrate or the peel-off material (R2) has a maximum height difference of 0.5 μm or more within an arbitrarily selected designated region, 95% of which has present thereon a plurality of recessed parts (Z2) that have different shapes from one another. The adhesive sheet has excellent air-releasing properties and has favorable blistering resistance and adhesive characteristics. |
