PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, as a membrane material targeting building structures used for screens for windows, smokeproof vertical walls, flameproof wall membranes, wall surface coat membranes, membranous ceilings, luminous ceiling membranes, etc., an incombustible membrane material excellent in terms of impact resistance, specifically compatible with combustion characteristics stipulated by ISO 5660 Part 1, and exhibiting, even if a hole is punched through the membrane material due to a collision of an object therewith, etc., an excellent tear propagation inhibitory effect.SOLUTION: In the provided light-diffusible/permeable laminate obtained by configuring a flame-retardant resin coat layer on at least one surface of a woven fabric substrate including inorganic fiber yarns as a main constituent component of the woven fabric substrate and having the inorganic fiber yarns as axial yarns, rightward ascending bias yarns, and leftward ascending bias yarns, the woven fabric substrate is provided as a hybrid triaxial fabric by configuring, as auxiliary constituent components partially constituting at least either of the rightward ascending bias yarns and leftward ascending bias yarns, at least one type of high-modulus-of-elasticity yarns selected from the group consisting of carbon fiber yarns, carbon steel yarns, and stainless steel yarns, and the configuration ratio of the high-modulus-of-elasticity yarns is confined to a range of 1-18 mass% with respect to per-square-meter unit mass of the hybrid triaxial fabric. |
