PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly jig for a battery module capable of efficiently assembling a restraining rod without damaging a cell, and a manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The assembly jig comprises a main body part 11 surrounding a restraining rod 5 for a predetermined length in an axial direction. In the main body part 11, there are formed a fitting portion 11b which is fitted to an insertion hole 3a for inserting the restraining rod 5 formed in an end plate 3, in at least one end portion in the axial direction in the state where the restraining rod 5 of the main body part 11 is surrounded, and a guide hole 11c which penetrates the main body part 11 in the axial direction and has a diameter corresponding to that of a diameter reduced portion 5b of the restraining rod 5 positioned between a pair of end plates 3 and 4 and through which the diameter reduced portion 5b can be inserted. The main body part 11 is bisected by a plane which passes through the guide hole 11c and is parallel with an axial center of the guide hole 11c. |
