PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device and the like with improved accuracy in detecting the abnormality of service from a number of submitted sentences, regardless of the size of abnormality.SOLUTION: A device includes: negative expression accumulation means for accumulating negative expressions each consisting of a set of morphemes; negation suppression dictionary means for accumulating key words each co-occurring in a negative expression so as to suppress detection of a submitted sentence even if the sentence contains the negative expression; submitted expression obtainment means for obtaining a submitted sentence containing a detection-target keyword; negative expression detection means for determining whether the submitted sentence contains a negative expression; negation suppression means for determining whether the submitted sentence containing a negative expression contains a keyword stored in the negation suppression dictionary means and outputting the submitted sentence containing the aforementioned key word as a sentence containing no negative expression; and abnormality detection means for detecting occurrence of an abnormality if the number of submitted sentences containing a negative expression has increased at the present time from the number of submitted sentences containing a negative expression at a past given time by a given threshold or more. |
