PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable integration of thermoelectric conversion materials by miniaturization and reduce limitations on a thin film to use, concerning a thermoelectric conversion device and a process of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements provided with one or two kinds of thermoelectric conversion members electrically connected at both sides of a plurality of conductive penetrating vias provided at a substrate element are laminated so that the same kind of the thermoelectric conversion members are in contact and electrically connected. |
