A conductive polymer composition including: a conductive polymer; and at least two solvents selected from solvents represented by the following formula (1) (excluding that both of the two solvents are a solvent represented by the formula (1) in which R 1 is a straight-chain alkyl group and R 2 is a straight-chain alkylene group): R 1 -O-R 2 -OH (1) wherein R 1 is a straight-chain alkyl group or a branched alkyl group, and R 2 is a straight-chain alkylene group or a branched alkylene group.
