PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste recovery device of beverage extraction machines capable of highly efficiently recovering waste generated from extraction and filtering of beverage and compactly constituting the whole height of the beverage extraction machine including a waste container.SOLUTION: A coffee extraction machine 1 extracts beverage using a raw material and water and filters the extracted beverage with a series of paper filter. A waste recovery device 5 of the coffee extraction machine 1 recovers extraction grounds generated by the extraction and the filtering and used paper filters as waste. The waste recovery device includes: a waste container 71 that is mounted on the lower side of an extraction machine body 2 for performing the extraction and filtering, and stores the waste; and a winding reel 72 that is formed into a rod shape extending in the left/right direction, rotatably supported by left/right side walls of the waste container 71 at both ends thereof, and rotatingly driven by a motor to reel off the used paper filter. |
