PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laparoscope device enabling an operator to guide a soft laparoscope device inserted through a trocar with his/her intention at a stable posture without causing unwanted warpage in an abdominal cavity.SOLUTION: A laparoscope device includes an inner-outer dual cylinder consisting of an inner cylinder 21 for allowing a soft laparoscope 10 to be inserted and an outer cylinder 22 in a trocar 20. The inner-outer dual cylinder can expand and contract in a contracted state where the inner cylinder 21 enters the outer cylinder 22 and an expanded state where the inner cylinder 21 protrudes from the tip of the outer cylinder 22 to the front thereof. The inner-outer dual cylinder is equipped with a spring 23 for urging the dual cylinder from an expanded state to a contracted state. A base end portion 14 of a bending portion 12 of the soft laparoscope 10 is equipped with an expansion engaging portion 15 which is engaged with the inner cylinder 21 (23) when the base end portion 14 of the bending portion 12 is positioned at the distal end position 31 of the inner cylinder 21 and expands the dual cylinder against the urging force of the spring 23. |
