The present invention relates to a primer set for detecting a vaccine-type rotavirus, and to a kit for discriminating a wild-type rotavirus and a vaccine-type rotavirus by using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a primer set consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2; a kit for discriminating a wild-type rotavirus and a vaccine-type rotavirus, wherein the kit includes the same; and a method for discriminating a wild-type rotavirus and a vaccine-type rotavirus by using the same. A novel primer of the present invention can specifically, sensitively, rapidly, and easily detect a vaccine-type rotavirus from a clinical sample. Accordingly, infection by a rotavirus can be rapidly and accurately diagnosed, and drug abuse of a patient infected by a rotavirus can be prevented, so effectiveness is ensured. |
