Disclosed is a supplementary filter system for separating trace gases from air. Said filter system consists of frameless bellows made of filter material that is folded in a zigzag shape. The distance between folds and the position of the folds of the folded filter material are precisely defined by means of securing strips, and the bellows are compressible and expandable.
