An outer layer for receiving and applying the lotion, the outer layer being layered on a liquid absorbent layer. The liquid absorbent layer in turn being layered on a non-absorbent liquid impermeable layer, the non-absorbent liquid impermeable layer being layered on an inner layer for contacting the hand. |
