PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding fluid supply device which has high versatility and attains preferable supersonic vibration superposition effect.SOLUTION: A grinding fluid supply device supplies a grind fluid to a processing part of grinding. The grinding fluid supply device is provided with: a nozzle which jets the grinding fluid; a vibration effector which performs supersonic vibrations; and position adjustment means which places the vibration effector in a grinding fluid passage between the nozzle and the processing part. |
