A maximum a posteriori (MAP)-based intra-field deinterlacing method of a computer system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: calculating a point-wise estimator for an interlaced image; calculating a patch-wise estimator for the interlaced image; calculating a hybrid estimator (patch-wise estimator) based on the point-wise and patch-wise estimators; and performing deinterlacing of the interlaced image using the hybrid estimator.
