Provided are a method for manufacturing graphene grown on a substrate without catalyst and graphene grown on a substrate without catalyst. The method for manufacturing graphene grown on a substrate without catalyst comprises the steps of: a) arranging a substrate; b) supplying carbon-containing gas, and performing atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition (APCVD); and c) growing graphene on the substrate without having a catalyst layer through Van der Waals type heteroepitaxial growth. |
