The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for sending a channel access parameter. The method comprises: based on at least one priority parameter, determining a channel access parameter set used by a first device in a first BSS for channel access, wherein the channel access parameter set is used for representing a priority of the first device to access a channel among all devices that compete for channel access and the at least one priority parameter comprises priorities of BSSs where all the devices that compete for channel access are located; and sending the channel access parameter set to the first device so as to enable the first device to access the channel. Accessing the channel based on the channel access parameter provided by a technical scheme in the present invention can meet a QoS requirement of a user.
