A memory management device is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the memory management device comprises: a call index calculating unit configured to calculate a call index of a process existing in a memory of a system; a recency index calculating unit configured to calculate a recency index which shows temporal proximity of the process; a utility index calculating unit configured to calculate a utility index with respect to utility of the process based on the call index and the recency index; and a process deleting unit configured to delete the process from the memory based on the utility index.
