PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve degree of freedom of the shape of a low melting point glass body.SOLUTION: Sealing glass 10 has a lower surface 12 as a lower surface part, a side surface part 16 standing from an outer periphery of the lower surface 12, and an upper surface 14 formed in a manner that the periphery is surrounded by an upper end part of the side surface part 16.
