PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and quickly notify a field worker who is concerned in failure recovery, of failure information on a communication facility.SOLUTION: A communication facility management system comprises: a failure information management server for inputting failure information on a communication facility from a test machine for testing a failure status of the communication facility to manage the failure information on the communication facility; a positional information management server for inputting the failure information on the communication facility from the failure information management server and inputting positional information on a portable terminal carried by a worker having skills for failure recovery of the communication facility to manage positional information/failure information on the communication facility and the positional information on the portable terminal; and a communication facility management device for inputting the positional information/failure information on the communication facility where a failure occurs and the positional information on the portable terminal from the positional information management server and determining a scale of the failure on the communication facility to select the number of workers enough to satisfy conditions of skills and correspondence time related to the failure recovery of the communication facility and transmit the failure information on the communication facility to the portable terminal as a destination. |
