PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-pulse modulation analyzer and an intra-pulse analysis method which distinguish an intra-pulse modulation system even when an intra-pulse modulation has unclear characteristics.SOLUTION: An antenna 10 receives a radar signal, and extracts an RF signal from it. An A-D converter 12 converts the RF signal to a digital signal. A pulse analysis section 20 extracts a pulse waveform from the digital signal converted by the A-D converter 12, and analyzes an intra-pulse modulation system. The pulse analysis section 20 calculates two or more types of feature parameters from the pulse waveform, determines the presence of an intra-pulse modulation by collectively using the two or more types of feature parameters, and distinguishes the modulation system in digital waveform data of an intra-pulse modulation signal. |
