The present invention relates to a footwear with special middle sole comprising a middle sole (1) advantageously influencing the distribution of planar pressures when walking and other movement in the footwear front section. The footwear of the present invention, which can be used as prophylactic footwear for diabetics, consists of a base part of the bottom material. In the region below the heads of tarsal bones, there is inserted in the base part of the middle sole (1) a system of solid lamellas (2) arranged by their longer edges (3) parallel to the axis of the footwear bend. The middle sole (1) lamellas (2) are three or four in number and are made of a composite material such as polyester or epoxy resin reinforced with glass or carbon fibers. |
